This educational complex has a special relationship with the large site on the Loire Valley. It is inserted into the Forest of Saint-Germain, the hill and the banks of the Loire.
Furthermore, the site is located directly vis-à-vis the historic centre of the town of Blois.
This project has two major objectives:
- The creation of an urban landmark for the renewal of the Vienne district through the establishment of strong landscape features
- The use of the landscaping dimension developed on the site as the basis for the teaching of open air activities
